I used to think I was a victim of my past and powerless to change my reality…
That was until I found meditation in 2011 and learnt to stop being my brain's bitch and instead became my own best friend.
Meditation took me on a deep healing journey. It helped me work through my PTSD, anxiety and depression, and it allowed me to come home to myself.
Meditation healed me, and the practise became the doorway to a new chapter of my life; all about expansion.
My eyes slowly opened to the fact that I was the co-creator of my own reality. Understanding manifestation changed the game for me and unlocked a whole new world of possibilities, a world where I could be whoever I chose to be, because my world was up to me.
The first thing I ever manifested in my life was the only thing I ever really wanted; happiness. Since then, as I continue to practise and refine my vision, the manifestations have kept coming. I have a heart-entered business, a supportive community, love, abundance, location freedom, friendships, the list goes on, and the better I get at it, the more effortless it becomes.
“I create my own reality” is not just something I say, it’s something I truly believe, live by and embody… and you can too.
I invite you to join us in Cyprus to learn the tools, tricks and mindset shifts you need to shift into your highest expression, the one where you claim your dreams and know that you are worthy of them, because you are.

How many spots are available?
We have 30 spots available for this retreat.
Is this retreat open to all genders?
Yes, this is a unisex retreat open to all.
Do people come solo?
Yes, about 90% of our guests come solo.
Can I share a room with a friend?
Yes, bring your best friend, your lover, your brother, everyone is welcome.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes, you have two payment options. Pay in full upon securing your booking, or pay with a payment plan
Is there yoga/exercise on this retreat?
This retreat does not include formal exercise or yoga classes, however there is plenty of room should you feel like bringing a mat and doing your own personal practise.
Are flights included?
You are responsible for making your way to the retreat destination. Larnaca Airport is a 45min drive away from Protaras, and you will be given directions and transport recommendations closer to the retreat date.
Do I need a Vaccine to attend the retreat?
This retreat follows the guidelines of travel into Cyprus. As of right now no vaccines are required for entry into Cyprus. You are however required to present a negative covid test upon travel. You are responsible for checking where you are flying from and the relevant restrictions.
Is drinking/alcohol allowed?
Yes, responsible drinking is welcome! However please note no Alcohol is included in the price of your retreat.

Yes. You must bring your best self and you also MUST have valid travel insurance covering your trip to Cyprus :) See you in the sunshine!
