RETREAT CANCELLATIONS
It is your responsibility to read and understand our terms and conditions and cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Upon booking your place at Presently Unplugged, regardless of your chosen payment method, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
DEFINITIONS
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.
Cancellation includes being unable to attend the retreat due to travel restrictions or an act of god.
“You” refers to the guest booking Presently Unplugged.
“We” refers to Mindspo Retreats.
“Retreat” refers to Presently Unplugged.
TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To join the retreat you must have valid travel (health) insurance. Proof of your valid travel/health insurance is needed before joining the retreat. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant activities you will be engaging in on your retreat and trip cancellation.
Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.
With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
As unexpected things can happen, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance once you have booked your retreat.
RETREAT REQUIREMENTS
You must have active and valid travel insurance.
You must sign the liability waiver for Presently Unplugged.
You must meet Greece’s entry requirements at the time of travel.
You must have a valid passport and be fit mentally and physically to travel abroad.
You must be 18+ years of age.
PAYMENT METHODS
We currently offer two payment options:
Payment in Full
Payment Plan (Deposit + Monthly instalments)
PAYMENT PLAN DEFAULT POLICY
If you are on a monthly payment plan, please ensure sufficient funds are available in your account, as monthly payments are automatically processed 30 days after the deposit payment.
Missing 2 or more monthly instalments will result in the forfeiture of all payments made up until that point, and we reserve the right to resell your spot. For any issues, contact us at finance@mindsporetreats.com.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the specifics of our cancellation policy.
Mindspo Retreats offers a 14-day grace period, starting from the date of your first payment (whether full or deposit), during which you can receive a full refund for any payments made up to that point, no questions asked. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
After the 14-day grace period, no refunds are offered for any reason. Please ensure you are ready to commit before booking your retreat.
If you cancel more than 150 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payments made up to that point may be applied as credit toward another Mindspo Retreat within one year of your original retreat date.
Retreat prices may increase over time. If you apply your payment as credit toward a future retreat, you will settle any remaining balance based on the cost at the time of rebooking.
Cancellations within 150 days of the retreat date will result in the forfeiture of all payments made up to that point, regardless of your payment method. If you are on a monthly payment plan, your plan will be cancelled, and no further payments will be taken.
As a small boutique travel company, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
RETREAT EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS
We strive to provide a high-quality retreat experience, as described on our retreat page. However, we understand that individual expectations and experiences may vary. It is the participant's responsibility to thoroughly review the retreat details and ensure it aligns with their personal needs and goals. Please note that refunds or any other form of compensation will not be issued after the retreat if it does not meet personal expectations. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before booking to ensure the retreat is the right fit for you.
MINDSPO RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY
We never want to cancel a retreat. However, sometimes acts of God do happen. If Mindspo Retreats needs to cancel this retreat for any reason, your full retreat payment will be transferred to the next possible retreat. No refunds or resales are possible and a full credit of what you have paid will be applied for any next Mindspo Retreat.
FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT
By attending this retreat, you consent to the possibility of it being filmed for social media and marketing purposes. You understand that photos and videos may be taken during the retreat, and they may be used by Mindspo Retreats for promotional activities.
