RETREAT CANCELLATIONS
It is your responsibility to read and understand our terms and conditions and cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Upon booking your Mindspo Retreat through you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
DEFINITIONS
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Mindspo Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.
Cancellation includes being unable to attend the retreat due to travel restrictions or an act of god.
“You” refers to the guest booking a Mindspo Retreat.
“We” refers to Mindspo Retreats.
Retreat refers to “The Mindspo Retreat”
TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To join the retreat you must have valid travel (health) insurance. Proof of your valid travel/health insurance is needed before joining the retreat. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant activities you will be engaging in on your retreat & trip cancellation.
Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.
With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
As unexpected things can happen, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance once you have booked your Mindspo retreat.
RETREAT REQUIREMENTS
You must supply proof of a negative Covid 19 test taken 48 hours prior to this retreat to attend.
You must have active and valid travel insurance.
You must meet Cyprus’s entry requirements at the time of travel.
You must have a valid passport and be fit mentally and physically to travel abroad.
You must be 18+ Years of age.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the specifics of our cancellation policy.
Mindspo Retreats offers a grace period where you can have a full refund without questions within 14 days of booking your retreat. Refunds may take max 30 days to process.
After the 14 Day grace period, we do not offer refunds for any reason, we can only offer credits to future Mindspo Retreat events. Please be sure you are ready to commit before booking your retreat.
If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment at cancellation time may be applied to another Mindspo Cyprus Retreat within one year of the retreat date.
Cancellations within 90 Days of the retreat date will count as forfeiture of the retreat fee.
If you cancel your retreat 48 hours before the retreat start date, due to being Covid-19 positive, then you must send your test to us with a Dr’s certificate, who we can contact directly, to make your full payment transferrable to another Cyprus Retreat within one year of the date you booked.
As a small boutique travel company, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
We do not offer credit or refunds for a guest arriving late or leaving early for any reason.
You understand upon booking that the retreat hosts may change due to sickness or other personal issues. In the very unlikely event this was to happen, no refunds or returns are possible.
MINDSPO RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY.
We never want to cancel a retreat. However, acts of God do happen. If Mindspo Retreats needs to cancel this retreat for any reason, your full retreat payment will be transferred to the next possible retreat. No refunds or resales are possible and a full credit of what you have paid will be applied for our next Mindspo Cyprus Retreat.
