RETREAT CANCELLATIONS
It is your responsibility to read and understand our terms and conditions and cancellation policy before making a reservation.
Upon booking your Mindspo Retreat through you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
DEFINITIONS
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Mindspo Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.
Cancellation includes being unable to attend the retreat due to travel restrictions or an act of god.
“You” refers to the guest booking a Mindspo Retreat.
“We” refers to Mindspo Retreats.
Retreat refers to “The Mindspo Retreat”
TRANSPORTATION AND VISA RESPONSIBILITY
It is the responsibility of our guests to arrange their own transportation to Cyprus and the retreat venue. This includes booking flights, arranging airport transfers, and any other necessary travel arrangements.
Additionally, it is the guest's responsibility to ensure that they have the required visa and documents to enter Cyprus.
Mindspo Retreats holds no responsibility for arranging or facilitating transportation or visa requirements for our guests. We strongly recommend that you familiarise yourself with the necessary travel documentation and visa regulations well in advance of your retreat.
Please note that if you fail to take care of your transportation and visa requirements properly, resulting in any complications or inability to attend the retreat, Mindspo Retreats will not provide refunds or credits for the missed retreat.
RETREAT REQUIREMENTS
You must have active and valid travel insurance.
You must meet Cyprus’s entry requirements at the time of travel.
You must have a valid passport and be fit mentally and physically to travel abroad.
You must be 18+ Years of age.

PAYMENT PLAN DEFAULT POLICY
If you are on a payment plan and fail to settle your payments within 14 days of the due date, we consider this a forfeiture of your retreat payments made up until that point. At that stage, we reserve the right to resell your spot. For all retreat payment questions, contact us at hello@mindsporetreats.com.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the specifics of our cancellation policy.
Mindspo Retreats offers a 14-day grace period, starting from the date of your first payment (whether full or the start of a weekly plan), during which you can receive a full refund for any payments made up to that point, no questions asked. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
After the 14-day grace period, no refunds are offered for any reason, so please ensure you are ready to commit before booking your retreat.
If you cancel more than 180 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payments made up to that point may be applied as credit toward another Mindspo Empress Retreat within one year of your original retreat date. Retreat prices may increase over time, so if you apply your payment as credit toward a future retreat, you will settle any remaining balance based on the cost at the time of attendance.
Cancellations within 180 days of the retreat do not enable refunds or credit for any reason.
As a small boutique travel company, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
We do not offer credit or refunds for a guest arriving late or leaving early for any reason.
You understand upon booking that the retreat hosts may change due to sickness or other personal issues. In the very unlikely event this was to happen, no refunds or returns are possible.
MINDSPO RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY
We never want to cancel a retreat. However, acts of God do happen. If Mindspo Retreats needs to cancel this retreat for any reason, your full retreat payment will be transferred to the next retreat you can attend. No refunds or resales are possible and a full credit of what you have paid will be applied for our next Mindspo Empress Retreat.
FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT
By attending this retreat, you consent to the possibility of it being filmed for social media and marketing purposes. You understand that photos and videos may be taken during the retreat, and they may be used by Mindspo Retreats for promotional activities.
