Megan Rose Lane facilitates deep transformation, helping women to move through fear, reclaim their power and expand into their fullest self-expression.
As a spiritual mentor and embodiment coach, Megan has helped women worldwide make massive shifts in their lives and find their inner power, and reconnect with their divine feminine nature.
Her work helps women re-write their stories, smash through self-imposed limiting beliefs, escape the comparison trap and finally tap into the unlimited potential that lives deep within them.

Fox and Soll are meditation teachers and life partners of 11 years who together have built Mindspo and Manifestie (app) as part of a joint mission to build businesses that help humans expand their consciousness.
Together they are experts in retreats and coaching, having run 25+ retreats worldwide and helped thousands of students online through their programs and offerings.
Their work helps others find calm within the chaos and discover their ability to create their own realities through the magic of manifestation.

The Empress Villa
During your retreat all workshops, breakfasts and dinners will be held in the expansive, open plan Empress Villa. The Empress villa operates as the heart of your retreat experience which opens and closes for workshops and meals where all Empresses come together to eat, learn and connect.
Your Accommodation
The Empress Retreat accommodation consists of 6 separate luxury villas. Each villa is modern and open-plan, with its own pool, allowing you to have your own space and connect with the other women in your villa.
There are three accommodation options: private queen bedrooms, twin-share rooms with two single beds, or sharing a queen bed with a sister we match you with.
Each villa is within a minute's walk of the Empress Villa and offers you privacy and freedom to make this retreat your own while still feeling connected to the group.

How many spots are available?
We have 30 spots available for this retreat.
Is this retreat open to all genders?
This retreat experience is reserved for those who identify as female to create an inclusive sisterhood environment.
Is there yoga/exercise on this retreat?
This retreat does not include formal exercise or yoga classes; however, there is plenty of room if you feel like bringing a mat and doing your own personal practice.
Are flights included?
You are responsible for making your way to the retreat destination and obtaining your visa if required. Larnaca Airport is a 45-minute drive from Protaras, and you will be given directions and transport recommendations closer to the retreat date.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes, you can save your place with a £500 deposit, then pay the remainder in two parts, 150 (December 4th) and 90 days (February 4th) before the retreat start date. Please note that a small surcharge applies for this option and that the deposit is non-refundable after 14 days.
Do I need a vaccine to attend the retreat?
As of right now, no vaccines are required for entry into Cyprus. You are responsible for checking the relevant restrictions for your departure location.
Is drinking/alcohol allowed?
To maintain a safe, healing, and grounded space, this retreat is a sober retreat. We are strict on the no-drinking policy and ask that you respect this boundary throughout the experience.
Do people travel solo?
Yes, 95% of our attendees come alone. This is a perfect retreat to come solo; you will leave with a soul family.
Is there a way to connect with others coming before the retreat?
Yes, two weeks before the experience, once you send your proof of travel insurance, you will be added to an Empress Telegram group chat where you can connect with the other women and share travel plans and transfers.

Do I need anything to come to the retreat?
Yes. You must bring your best self and you MUST have valid travel insurance covering your trip to Cyprus. See you in the sunshine!
